Linked.Archi TIME Framework — D3.js Example View

This is a self-contained demo that visualizes an example RDF/OWL dataset modeled with the https://meta.linked.archi/time-framework/onto# ontology module. It renders a TIME 2×2 matrix (Functional Fit vs Technical Fit) and plots one point per application (latest assessment).
