SHACL Rules (sh:SPARQLRule) implementing disposition movement derivation for the TIME framework. Computes previousDisposition and dispositionMovement from the assessment history of each application, ordered by assessmentDate. Derived triples are annotated with PROV-O provenance: * prov:wasGeneratedBy — the derivation rule that produced the triple * prov:wasDerivedFrom — the source assessments used for derivation This follows the same pattern as the ArchiMate derivation rules (archimate3.2-derivation-rules.ttl) — derived facts are traceable and distinguishable from manually asserted facts. Usage: Run these rules AFTER loading assessment data. Derived triples supplement (do not replace) any manually asserted dispositionMovement or previousDisposition values.
